Convicted My heart was pricked and convicted by message that our sin is not localized but is systemic. The sin I’ve been struggling with of loving some people I had thought was just limited to them. But God, in His loving discipline, used this message to make me see the far reaching consequences of this sin. Thank you
Great Sermon! This was an excellent sermon on one of my favorite proverbs. I wished he would elaborate on how to proceed in a church when this is happening( only one side being listened to and the other ignored). I have read that an abusive characteristic of a church or pastor is favoritism amongst it's members. I imagine not listening to both sides of a story can be considered the same. Marginalizing is definatley a form of abuse. I think this wouldn't occur if this proverb were heeded. Thank you for addressing this neglected passage of scripture.
