Great Sermon! Beautiful Sermon! The anointing flows gently like the oil. God bless the people who send his messages for all to hear. In Christ alone, Lia Leigh.
Knowing God. God wants us not to desire only His blessings and protection, but to be among us, for us to know Him, to have the same desire after Him as Moses had.
Wonderful love of God. Excellent, profound message. God provided an atoning sacrifice for us. His salvation in Christ makes us glad, as was Abraham made glad. God gives us His joy in His grace.
Great God. Declaring the Name of God and the wondrous works of God. God as Creator, Sustainer, Judge and Savior. Praising God for what He does and for who He is. Declaring the true God, the biblical God, among the nations. Lifting up the name of Jesus among the nations.
God among us. God came down among us in the person of His Son. We are saved not by what we do, by our efforts to climb to God, but by He had done for us.
Law will not save. The Law will not save us because of our inability to keep it. The Law reveals sin. We are saved by Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Great salvation. Jesus suffered in stead of His people - this was the lifting up in judgment, on the cross. Christ glorified the Father in suffering for His people and the Father glorified the Son.

Yes, Jesus is The One. In his doubt, John begins to think he must wait for another Jesus. But Jesus answers him: He is doing what the prophecies said, He is bringing blessing; and the wrath of God came, but fell upon Him at Calvary.
Christ's power and compassion. Jesus shows His right hand of power and His compassion for the people. He provides not only for our physical needs, but also for our spiritual needs - eternal life. Because He gave His life, His body, for our salvation.
Christ judged for us. One of the best messages of Clowney! God was the judge and God was the judged! Because of Christ judged for us, we have life and we can drink spiritual water! Blessed Savior!
Legalism or love? Excellent lesson: deeds done in legalistic fashion, to acquire merits, flow not from love. But the heart of Christian religion is love and compassion, expressed in the love of Christ for miserable sinners.
