Introduction Dr. Felker preaches a text of Scripture with sound exposition, illustrations and applications. Having retired from Swift Creek Baptist Church in Colonial Heights, VA after 34 years of service, he is available for supply preaching, revivals and interim pastorates. He is currently the Interim Pastor of the historic Skinquarter Baptist Church in Mosely, VA.
