Great Sermon! I was utterly depressed and hopeless. As much as I desperately wanted to be good and obedient to The Lord .. I fail continually .. I was crushed, I just couldn't live up to the expectations. This series of teaching opened my eyes and calmed my anxiety. I still struggle, but I know that God holds on to me .. I cannot hold onto him. Thank God for this life changing teaching.

Truth! Amen Thank you for this message. It is faith in Christ Jesus alone that saves us, and we do not keep our salvation by doing works. After we are saved, I am not suggesting that our Christian walk is not important because it is. But Isaiah 64:6 says our righteous deeds are like filthy rags. Warren Wiersbe says this “If our righteousness is filthy, what must our sins look like in His sight!”

What does the Bible say Luke 2:11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David **a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.**

Colossians 2:6 As ye have therefore ++received Christ Jesus the Lord,** so walk ye in Him:

Lordship Salvation Just came out of the lordship salvation camp about 2 years ago. I've grown so much over the past few years thanks to Schaffer, Hutson, Ray Stanford, Cucuzza and Ralph Yankee Arnold. I listened to the whole series on the way to work. So refreshing to hear the good news of Jesus Christ being preached. Thanks for all you do!
