On Thursday morning, April 16, 2009, a fine Christian man and member of Texas Corners Bible Church (Kalamazoo, Michigan) hugged his wife and got into his truck and drove out of state. He checked into a motel and four days later (Monday, April 20) he killed himself. His tragic death devastated his family and his church.
After the memorial service, many people said that many of their questions had finally been answered. Burdens were lifted from people whose lives had been affected by a suicide.
It is the prayer of our church that by sharing this memorial service, others will have those same burdens lifted by the truth of God's Word.
