Thank you, thank you! Mrs. Karen Lincoln from Missouri... You did it! I've been trying to get Pastor Chronister to explain the '153 fish' to us for years. All I would get when I'd ask him is, "It's a passover pattern." and he'd just look at me and grin. And here you got him to do it with just one letter. That, my friends, is the power of the Internet. Well... now I know how to get this guy to answer these tough questions he throws at us. Just ask one of you to write pastor a letter. So... yes, the entire first half of this sermon is pastor's answer to the question, "What is the meaning of the 153 fish in John 21?". And to pastor's credit, now that I've heard this brief explanation, I understand why he'd just grin and tell me It's a Passover pattern. To really explain this would take at least an hour if not more. Now some of you out there might be saying, "Who cares what the 153 fish means." Hey, I completely understand... 4 years ago, I would have said the same thing. Just listen and you might be hooked (pun intended) just like I was. OK, so what's in the rest of this sermon? Some pretty heavy stuff. Wow... this is good. Pastor continues on with the woman in Judges 19 who has her limbs divided into 12 pieces and shipped off to the 12 tribes. Now that's what I call seeker sensitive. If you want deep sound Bible teaching, then you've come to the right place. Open your Textbook and press play.
