Numbers 23:20 Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it. 21 He hath not beheld iniquity in Jacob, neither hath he seen perverseness in Israel: the LORD his God is with him, and the shout of a king is among them.

Great Sermon! I.... see the sin in me, and now that I am IN Christ I have a relationship and fellowship with Jesus and can go to Him with my faults. When I sin I do so against Him and it bothers me now. My past life is put on the cross. That old man is dead and I am a growing tree, not a baby tree. Glory be to God!

Great Sermon! Brother Gary,
If I could remove my previous comment I would. After further contemplation, I realize I 'jumped the gun'. I retract my previous comment and now understand your message.
God's blessings be upon you and your ministry

Great Sermon! this was somewhat confusing. God doesn't see the sins of His people...okay, BUT, the bible commands us to mortify our members - Col. 3:5. Let's not overlook that, as well as Galatians 5 where we are commanded to walk in the Spirit and NOT according to the flesh. So if your preacher tells you to do this, he is being biblical and faithful to the word of God.

Great Sermon! If you are a child of the Sovereign God who saved you by Grace in Christ alone, then this sermon is for you. You will give all glory and honor to Him alone, and as a result, will be motivated to live in gratitude towards God because he knows he is unworthy sinner who justly deserve God's wrath saved only by the sheer mercy of God. The goats will never believe this truth--God's good news. The righteousness of Christ alone is imputed to unworthy, undeserving sinners.

Great Sermon! I have struggled with with subject for nearly 30 years. I've pleaded for grace to overcome an undesirable snippiness that I get with my family sometimes. I hate it. I want to be patient and never get snippy with them. I love them! And I love my Father in Heaven and I desire to walk according to the Spirit, but still after so many years I've at times even questioned my salvation. My husband and children say they don't know anyone who wants to please my Jesus more than me, but their encouragement has never helped. This sermon put thrill in me that is too wonderful to express in words. Thank you for putting it on the internet. I needed this message more than anyone. I often read works from the Puritans which has had two effects on me, great inspiration and grievious despair. Personal mortification of everyday sin is my greatest desire, and my greatest anguish and burden. How thankful I am for this sermon. Thank you.
