Dr. Sanders and My Mother So, as I'm listening to Dr. Sanders' questions I'm suddenly hearing my late mother's voice. The questions he's asking my mother would ask like this: “Who's telling you this?” “Where did they get their information?” “Why are they telling you this?” “Are they meaning the same thing when they use that word?” And she would say: “Just because they've written a book doesn't make them right.” I am remembering that even “learned” men, those we look to as being an authority/a scholar/a researcher, can believe stupid things and interpret information based on that belief.
