IV. Self-Gratification & It's Achievement – (Eccl. 2:10-11) A. Nothing was withheld – He "rewarded" himself (10) B. What the preacher learned – Self-gratification cannot satisfy the deepest human need C. Assessment on his investment – (11)
Closing Comments: 1. The Preacher cautioned against looking in the wrong places to find true meaning in life. 2. We have looked at the avenues that promise meaning but lead to a dead end.
