David's 'NOW' was that he was anointed to be king but was not yet king on the throne. Similarly, the believer's NOW is that he also has been predestined to rule with Christ, but has not yet entered into the fullness of the age to come. How, then, should we live as believers in this now and not yet period of time when we are, essentially, members of two kingdoms, the kingdom of this world and the kingdom of God?
