Matt Kingswood has been the pastor of the Russell Reformed Presbyterian Church since 1997. After marrying Tara in 1991, Matt studied Classics at Carleton University (B.A.) in Ottawa. He then received his theological training at Ottawa Theological Hall and Knox Theological Seminary in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (M. Div.).
