Do not like new Roku app. Cannot access videos & sermons by pastor. Have tried under every heading. Even tried by church with no luck. It does no good to have all those archived sermons with no way to access them. Guess I will be doing more U-Tube.

Never mind, I always appreciate being anathematised by the RCC working through you, it is a great honour. Thank you so much.
BTW, exactly the same thing (so-called exorcisms) goes on in charismatic circles, whether Catholic or not. I know a woman who "had over 40 devils cast out of her", and she was not one whit better than before.
If she was 'not one whit better ...', then how does one know if any were cast out?

The exorcist should go to Moslem countries, or any red light district, or even to countries where Benny Hinn failed to cast out the demon of sickness. Then we'll see who is who or what is WHAT?????

I can only say that his man, Deane Meatheringham, is God's gift to the Body of Christ for interpretating the Word of truth. He makes is plain and simple because the Spirit is at work in and through him. What insight!

Those of 70 AD Jerusalem rejected the Messiah, their persecution of Christians removed GODs people from the destruction that fell upon them
The LORD protects HIS people, and will bring vengeance on those that seek their harm
Thanks SteveR for attempting an answer. Perhaps I am confused because I surely don't understand the answer.
Was there an attempt to overthrow Rome by the moralists and ethnic Jews of that day which resulted in a massive slaughter of them? Of course, rejection of Christ (WHO he is and WHAT he came to accomplish) caused them to take matters into their own carnal hands. They engaged in civil disobedience. They took up a "cause" just as people do today in attempts to have things go their desired way while proclaiming "grace", "grace," it is by "grace." But they keep WORKING and planning ways to usher in God's plan for man.

I am aware that the prophesy was fulfilled in the destruction of the temple made with human hands. A greater one than the temple had arrived and was rejected.

If the pastors would pledge disobedience to Departments of Education in their states, maybe there would be a difference in every arena of life. Why don't they step forward to protect our children from idolatrous practices and eventual Hell?

5:27 And when they had brought them, they set them before the council: and the high priest asked them, 5:28 Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's blood upon us. 5:29 Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.
Please refresh my memory.

Didn't something like this happen around 70AD when thousands of people, the moral majority and self righteous Jews, resisted Rome? This uprising resulted in the slaughter of thousands upon thousands of people. I am not good with historical facts. So please help me out.

The Gospel of God's dear Son is the power of God unto salvation. The judgment of God should be put in minds of hearers in every message.

Oh, I like many of the comments to this thread
Are you alluding to what happened in the church of Thyatira or Jezebel's influence over Ahab?
Voddie Baucham's message "Tolerating the Intolerable" offers great insight as to what is going on in some churches today.
It is well worth listening to over an over again. If you look at the Sermons recommended, you will find that someone thought so as well.

Jim, I am so not a sports fan until your statement left me looking for my brain. Queen turned me off with that song. So, I turned sports off. After years of not owning a TV, I watched CNN at a friend's house. Queen's song played. So, I turned CNN off. I won't watch CNN again. No longer are there subtle influences via commercials. The broadcasts are blatantly anti holiness.
If it wasn't for SermonAudio, I really don't know what I would do.
I'm now down to one other venue for any form of entertainment - the Body of Believers.
Please pray for me because it AIN'T easy living the Christian life these days. There is constant vexation of spirit even when you have not chosen to pitch your tent toward Sodom. The Sodomite spirit seems to be in the air. Will we see it on the cereal boxes since it has passed onto the sports arena? Will "closet" become a word of the past?

[URL=http://amishamerica.com/do-amish-vote/]]]Basic Amish view of voting: 2 Kingdom[/URL]
Only a small number of Amish cast ballots in presidential elections, perhaps 10-15%. Amish may be more likely to get involved when voting involves issues which directly affect them, such as zoning. Amish generally do not vote for a few reasons.
Why don’t most Amish participate in political elections?
For one, Amish follow a “Two Kingdoms” theology, which holds that there exist both a material and a spiritual kingdom. While respecting worldly governments, Amish feel that Christians should adhere to the laws of the spiritual kingdom above all.

Cotton,

I want to thank you very much for the article. It was lengthy, but very informative.

I do realize that every group has its heretical , and hypocritical views, but their system of economics seem to be very beneficial. Also, their method of home Bible study is desirable; from what I was personally told.
Relative to the article. it does seem that political and worldly influence is slowly creeping in.
May God have mercy on us all.

Let Me Refresh Your Memmories:
"Much That You See In [PROTESTANT] CHURCHES [In '70s & TODAY In 2015)] That You Just Think Is LIBERALISM Is PAY-OFFISM...It's Kind Of Hard For A Minister (i.e. TONY CAMPOLO) To Turn Down HALF-A-MILLION DOLLARS (TODAY/2015: 1/2 BILLION) If It's Laid Down As A BRIBE, And They Can Get Even HIGHER. In Fact, ONE CHURCH I Know Of Got EIGHT [BILLION] DOLLARS In Two Years, And ANOTHER One Got TEN [BILLION] DOLLARS In One Year !"--BR. JOHN TODD (Former High/Druid-Priest Of THE ROTH$CHILD$-/-ILLUMINATI) !
PROOF Of THIS Is A SONG That Came Out In *1970* By A Rock Band Named "BADFINGER"; When They Put Out A Popular SODOMITE-/-CATAMITE-/-PEDOPHILE CHILD-SEX-FOR-MONEY SONG Entitled:
"COME AND GET IT"
Those of you who like the news; especially CNN, have you noticed the song that is being blasted into our minds? A song of the 70s also - WE WILL, WE WILL ROCK YOU."

The tune stays with me for hours; literally. I refuse to seek anything from CNN news. I will not watch their news broadcasts. It is repulsive. However, the song is quite prophetic. We see this army of locusts devouring morality no matter what the cost.

Though you may mean that they didn't put their cowardice into print-that I have not seen as often.
If that is what you mean, we have a similar dearth of published treason.
3. It is not that ALL 501C3 s don't take stands...but a state church is under the authority of the state, not the Lord Jesus Christ, so those who mouth off against their master the state are cruising for a bruising.
they'd do well to take your advice
The AMISH have some things right - SEPARATION. Their economy seems to work well for the "household of faith."

Do they vote for wicked people to rule over them? If you can answer, I'd like to know.
